Day one. Sunday 20th March. Trip to Csongrád.
Day two. Monday 21st March. Csongrád.

Day one. Sunday 20th March. Trip to Csongrád.

On Sunday we met at the airport at 4:30 in the morning to then, catch the flight at 6:50.

We had a few hours of flight left until we reached the Budapest airport where two Hungarian colleagues came to pick us up and we took two buses to get to Csongrad. Once here we went to our hotel to leave our things and went with the Hungarian teachers for a walk around the town. They showed us the school and the church from the outside and we returned to the hotel at lunchtime, we all ate together in the hotel and rested for an hour in our rooms. Then we put on our swimsuits, towels and flip flops to go to the typical Hungarian hot springs behind the hotel. We spent the whole afternoon there and at first it felt strange because we are not used to being in the water outdoors in the winter time, but we had a great time.

The water was at 31°C! When we were taking a shower to go for dinner, the hotel alarm rang and scared us but in the end nothing happened and it remained in an anecdote. Afterwards, we had some dinner at a pizzeria near the hotel and we went to bed early with the desire to meet the other colleagues the next day.

Day two. Monday 21st March. Csongrád.

On Monday we got up around 7:30 to go for breakfast at 8:00. We all had breakfast together at the hotel and went to the Town Hall where we had a meeting with the rest of our Hungarian, Italian and Belgian colleagues. We started with some games to break the ice and get to know each other. Once we all started to share our presentations together, we explained what the Erasmus+ project is like in each country. Once we finished this activity, we went to the school canteen where we ate Hungarian food, which was a bit strange since the first dish they served us was peach soup!

After lunch we went to a museum in the city and later we took a tour. Then they showed us their school and laboratory where we did very funny experiments.

Later, they showed us the church bell tower from the inside and we went up to 20 m high where we saw a panoramic view of the city. In the afternoon, the teachers and the students split up and we went to Szentes! We spent the rest of the afternoon in the bowling alley and had dinner at an Italian restaurant. One of our favorite moments was when we came back on a public bus singing many typical Spanish songs.
